Chicago voters describe paper ballot shortages and long lines at a three-precinct polling place

ATTRIBUTED CLAIMS

Reporter Eric Abbenante posted video from a Chicago polling location serving three precincts where voters said paper ballots ran short and lines were long, pushing voters onto electronic machines. "This shouldn't have to happen. They should be prepared for this," one voter said.

These are voters' accounts from one location, not a confirmed citywide problem. Illinois polls closed at 7 PM CT (8 PM ET).
