Secretary Pete Hegseth, standing outside the Department of War, delivered a message to U.S. troops in a video posted Saturday evening by Sean Parnell.
"To the troops, don't blink, ignore the noise, never hesitate," Hegseth says. "You see, all this is politics. You do real things, so stay the course. And as always, President Trump leads the way, and I'll assure you we have only just begun to fight. We are more determined than ever, more resolute than ever to finish what we have started. We will stand, we will fight, and we will defend this republic from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Godspeed and keep going."
Parnell posted the Department of War production with a short note: "To our warriors: We will Stand. We will Fight. We will Defend the Republic." The message landed as some Democrats have talked about impeaching Hegseth after this week's midterms.
