Swing race watch, Minnesota Senate: Michele Tafoya (R) leads Peggy Flanagan (D) in the first count, with about 6% counted

REPORT

Minnesota Senate is one of the 15 Senate swing races we're watching tonight. In the first returns, Republican Michele Tafoya leads Democrat Peggy Flanagan 93,491 to 68,596, with about 6% of the expected vote counted (AP via NYT, about 10:30 PM ET). Not called.

It is very early: about 94% of Minnesota's expected vote is still to be counted, so this lead can change a lot.

In the governor's race, Republican Lisa Demuth leads Amy Klobuchar (D) 62,795 to 46,688 with about 4% counted, also not called.
