New Yorkers are deciding whether Attorney General Letitia James (Democrat, Working Families) gets a third term or is replaced by Republican Saritha Komatireddy, who also has the Conservative Party line.

Polls in New York close at 9 p.m. ET. The state's early vote totaled 1,965,043 ballots. NYS Focus is tracking results from the State Board of Elections across all 13,268 election districts; absentee, affidavit and military ballots counted after election night will not be in the first totals.
