FACTS

President Trump is scheduled to deliver his "closing message before the Midterms" at 2 p.m. ET Monday at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, a White House official told Axios. The official said he will highlight the record of his administration and congressional Republicans.

Trump held his final weekend rallies Sunday in Iowa and Kansas, where Republicans are defending Senate seats in races NPR describes as unexpectedly close.

Former President Barack Obama has been campaigning for Democrats in the closing stretch, including rallies in Michigan, Ohio and Georgia, The Guardian reports.
