Ukrainian drones reportedly hit Russia's Yaroslavl oil refinery overnight; fires reported

ATTRIBUTED CLAIMS

Ukraine reportedly struck the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl, about 250 km northeast of Moscow, with drones overnight into Nov. 3, the Kyiv Independent reports. Residents reported several fires at the site and posted video of the blaze, and Ukrainian outlets Glavcom and UNIAN reported the same.

YANOS is one of Russia's largest refineries, with a capacity of about 15 million tons a year. It was hit before on Sept. 17. Neither Russian nor Ukrainian officials had confirmed the strike or any damage as of late Monday.
